And what fraction of these 0 day exploits are already known to the NSA and/or the authors of the software themselves?
But no patch is available because the NSA wanted to keep it as a weapon, and the software authors couldn’t be arsed (and are protected from their negligence being exposed by various horrible, archaic laws.)

Brazenly out in the open. The dark web is not even needed any longer. Another plus of our President having personal and business relationships with a foreign entity that seemingly exists simply to cause virtual and literal mayhem.
