I wish the same could happen in the U.S., where it’s really needed, but we’re still trying to push through an amendment enshrining equal rights for women after 30+ years.

it’s generally good, but the TERs got their dirty hands over it. There is no guarantee that trans men (Who are men, not women) are protected by this, even though they may still have a uterus.

If you think that this is nothing to worry about, remember that the ven diagram of forced birthers and transphobes is almost a small circle within a larger circle, and ask yourself if they would force a trans man to give birth.
