Continuing the discussion from Two different perspectives on a new study of breastfeeding outcomes :
I reckon if you formed it into a ball, with the camembert in the centre, maybe in something like a sugar-bowl to hold the shape, then refrigerated (ore even partly froze) them, then bred & deep fry, it would work. Mind you, I’ve had terrible accidents with arancini had air pockets in 'em I didn’t know about, so it might get a little explodey…
I’m branching this thread out because it’s not really relevant to breastfeeding, and I want to talk about mac and cheese related recipes some more.
These cheddar and gouda fried mac and cheese balls sound delicious.
Also, in my travels, I found this mac and cheese, fried chicken, mashed potato and corn burrito . I want that in my belly. Like right now.

Well, OKAY ! They don’t explode when fried (ok, maybe). Very well: it’s on. I just ate, and it’s the weekend a-comin’, so I’m going to be drunk and very likely, well, not hungry for a while let’s say. Gonna go with weapons-grade Camembert, or preferably Stinking Bishop, in the middle…
