Exactly what I’d expect from a paper owned by the man who also owns Amazon (supercilious claims of editorial independence notwithstanding).

Well, after the New York Times, it’s probably the paper of record in the US. And I’d argue that for political stuff, it’s the most important paper in the US.

The day it was purchased, I cancelled my decades-long subscription. The last issue I got was full of articles about how terrific that bald guy and his big company are. I did not need that.
No crimes, no convictions. Yet the headline makes it sound like there’s something there.

I keep seeing headlines these past couple of weeks that say “Kissinger at 100” and keep being disappointed that the word dead is not included…
My pet theory is that Death owes Henry a favour or two.
He’s certainly given Death a lot of business.
