Right, her observations seem pretty basic to me; sounds a lot like when my daughter and I watch tv together actually. I noticed that over time she worked harder to make her connections more and more explicit. I was a philosophy major so I am impressed with how she made her arguments; she connects point to point and also spells out, hey, I can like a movie even if it has terrible female character writing, or a game, and then there is always a call to action. I don’t think she’s covering new ground, but she’s articulate and is reaching an audience that obviously didn’t think about this stuff ever, evidently.

Well, when you’re taking on a victim mentality the way the gamergate folks are, it’s just one more sign that you are fighting the good fight - it’s just proving what you already know - everybody is out to get you!
You’d think that when even your supposed fellow victims are turning away from you, you’d realize you’re doing something wrong. But I suppose they see the policy as something being imposed “from on high” that doesn’t represent “the will of the people” or something.
Yup. The SJWs have somehow gotten to the 4chan admins!
