‘Behavior likely to cause distress’ is an offense? Is that one just selectively enforced or a lot narrower than it sounds?
This is very disturbing. I had no idea I could get in legal trouble for one of my favorite Halloween activities.
He would’ve gotten away with it too, if it hadn’t been for those meddling kids and that huge dog with the speech impediment.
