I suppose that depends on the produce as much as anything. The drought in CA caused whole fresh cauliflower to spike to $8 in Montreal for a time.

This is one of the coolest, high-techiest hydroponic growing setups I’ve ever seen. Very impressive.

At 1:06, the pipes look awful. There’s clearly a mold and algae problem and the pipes appear to be wearing out.
