There may not be a word. I’d be very surprised if you found it outside of someone’s house. It’s rare as hen’s teeth in restaurants, hotels, cafés, etc. If you can find a hipster-y place, they may do a pour-over, at least from my experiences in Europe.
Yeah I figure with where trendy coffee is at these days you’d be able to find a style related to drip. Pour over and a couple of other things are basically just less perfunctory drip when you get right down to it.
I do remember there technically being a term for it in Italian barista lingo, but I’ve heard drip itself basically doesn’t exist so it’s probably not a daily use term.
