I, as always when BB try to speak about coffee, have only one word : Bialetti (the inventor of those Italian coffee maker, why trouble for a more expensive and not better coffee maker ?)

Just this week I was looking at the larger model of this moka pot in a shop. (They also had Alessi’s attractive “Ossidiana” moka pot.) It is lovely in person, and quite heavy/solidly built for the genre. I don’t know how good it is at making coffee; obviously the classic Bialettis are the gold standard. They missed a trick by not making the big bottom disk steel, so it would work on an induction burner.

So this same unique espresso maker.

In every coffee-lover’s kitchen.
