It’s almost as if that party rewards incompetence
Is there some rule, beyond the ‘norms’, that a member of the media needs to identify themselves at an otherwise public “rally”? ("‘norms’ ain’t normal these days" “who says that political ‘rallies’ are for the public?” “every member of the public should be required to wear a fedora and carry a lollypop microphone” etc)
Um, not even level one foo was needed to get past the blowhard’s “media ban.” Stupid has it’s own rewards.
Mastriano scares the hell out of me. Our current governor has been sufficiently unpopular out here in the boonies that there’s a backlash building and this yahoo is unsettlingly popular. The word “fervor” fits.
We ask, god-duh, as the ballots go forth, lord god, that you remove every fradalent ballot, lord god.
“Okay, it is done.”
“But the vote count didn’t change.”
“Yes, it did. A few people double voted for Trump here and there. I’ve had them arrested.”
Apparently the GOP establishment is panicking that a radical far-right, insurrection-supporting candidate is poised to win their party’s primary.
(Not because he’s so horrible, of course. They’re just afraid he might not be able to beat the Democrat.)
The moment you treat incompetence as a competence you open up an entirely new pool of candidates. That’s some next level thinking right there.
