Reconning confirmed? Not as far as I know. But her name was definitely “Tard”. The story of how she was named “Tarder Sauce” because the owner once worked at a sea food restaurant or some such was unconvincing. A quick google shows Vice calling the name a retcon, though they don’t provide references for the claim.
