Blue Hawk
Hawk gazes longingly at the carriage before admitting to himself that if he were supposed to ride along in the carriage, there wouldn’t be five horses saddled.
Well, he thinks to himself, this will be interesting.
After de Courcy outlines the formation, the shaman nods curtly. “I will ride near Lord Arron.”
Hawk approaches each horse (save the one de Courcy has already chosen) and finds the one that seems to be the least apprehensive towards him. He softly taps a rhythm on his drum, calling forth the spirits to soothe the animal’s spirit and make it more kindly disposed to him. That done, he turns to the others.
“I have not ridden before. Can I get advice, help for doing so?”
