Yep. I’ve gone out as an adult for snowball fights at different companies over the years. It’s because we don’t often have snow in southern Britain, so it’s special when it happens.

Yeah, that one took me aback. I’m going to guess that either those “snowballs” had a significant percentage of rocks and ice in them, or the snowballs were a prelude to full-on fisticuffs.
