Agreed. I have been there as well, and the tour isn’t quite as interesting as the bird sanctuary. It is interesting to view the place, but the wildlife is neater.

These sound crazy-hot and delicious, but don’t ever make the mistake of calling them Buffalo wings. Like @nungesser said, it’s Frank’s or you’re doing it wrong.
It sort of fascinates me that an entire category of flavored things (“Buffalo-style” chips, wings, fries, tater tots, burgers, whatever) is based on the exact flavor of a specific hot sauce. Not hot sauce in general, but specifically Frank’s.
There’s just something great that happens when you mix Frank’s with butter. You get similar flavors from that combo when it comes to other hot sauces, but Frank’s is the one that works the best. Personally, I think the addition of garlic to the base hot sauce is doing a lot of the work.
