How a 14-year-old Fortnite cheater may rewrite EULA law

Ironically, the message of the youth being “distracted” and “dumbed down” by social media and electronics is also propaganda that tracks backwards throughout time. Young people might be immature (hardly a unique thing generation to generation), but I’m not sure what you could point to and say that young people are more paralyzed by distractions than previous generations.

Whenever I can (like, in the public library system, for example) I tell services I am under 13. That way they are required by law to treat me like a human being instead of a product.

Not just the kids; the Dumbening has worked on most of us, I’m sad to say.

Anti-intellectualism is a thing, as is the long ongoing psychological manipulation of the masses via our media; a nefarious ploy by the powers that be to keep us easily distracted with ‘bread and circuses.’

Didn’t “they” say the same things about gen x? Especially about TV and video games… Also, satanic panic and punk panic.

So what you’re saying is, if I pirate the game, I’m not subject to an EULA?
