All done in the name of making profits, no less. Newt in the name of milking his donors, Ailes and Fox in the name of advertising dollars, Facebook in the name of targeted advertising. Most cheered this on, and those who didn’t like Zuckerberg were still so blinded by dollars and a lack of understanding how humans work to care.
I blame Ed Rollins, Karl Rove, Mary Matalin, James Carville and Roger Ailes and more than anyone, Lee Atwater.
It’s not that they don’t want it live near each other, it’s that they already don’t, and have completely different ideas of what this country is, and should be. With some interesting exceptions like the “cotton belt” of high African-American percentage, Democrats are generally educated and urban, Republicans are less educated and rural.
Lets see if this gif I made posts properly this time. There’s a lot to look at here. The anomalies are fascinating, like the D county in Southern Montana with low ed and low density. It’s a Crow Indian Reservation!
