Well, if it’s shoddy the product description makes false claims like “3 GROUNDED OUTLETS” when, in fact, it is a 16 gauge two wire extension cord, then maybe gifting such a cord to one’s enemies could cause inconvenience, or maybe, an electrical hazard or fire, if overloaded?
