Why would you transliterate a J-sound with Gh?
A Gh in word-initial position is always a hard g in English: Ghost, ghoul, ghetto, ghastly.
Why would whoever first transliterated the name decide to break one of the few consistent rules of English pronunciation?
They could have called it Gibli, Jibli or Djibli if they wanted it to be pronounced close to correctly. Even Dshibli would have been better, though that uses transliteration rules more often seen for Slavic languages rather than East Asian ones.
