Doesn’t it still have lightspeed as a limit for info being transmitted though? I vaguely remember that being the case, but poking round Google on my phone doesn’t tell me much.

Internet says that further review shows the action at a distance is instantaneous- but the measurement is subject to light speed.
I only knows the fiction part of sci-fi. But at significant distances and the power required for a signal- maybe it’s still useful.
