Chrome on OS X works.

The actually Spelunky game (and the newer Spelunky HD) is only officially available on PC and XBox 360, but it seems there are some unofficial releases of the original GameMaker version for Mac, list here http://spelunky.wikia.com/wiki/Spelunky#Unofficial_Releases

That wiki link is out of date. It’s also available for PS3 and PS Vita.

I’ll try again. I am using Chrome on OSX. Must just have been at the wrong site. I’ll go unofficial. Thanks.
