Radical alternative viewpoint: if you have “sensitive information” on your computer, you’re doing it wrong.

No doubt. Every security breach story I read I always remember the wise words of a family elder many years ago: “ain’t nothin’ secure on a computer, ever. And don’t you forget it!”
Someone should have convinced the banks of this decades ago. It’s the convenience of it all that’s gonna get us in the end.
I gotta admit, the idea that “sensitive information” belongs online is, well, a radical idea. Stupid, even.
Sensitive information is copied to a hard drive that sits in a safe in my house. Good luck getting that.
