How to cook Brussels sprouts, restaurant style

I’m a big sprout fan too … but by far the best I’ve ever had were temura’d at a local sushi place …

I will also say that I’ve had fantastic sprouts that’ve been very quickly deep-fried. If drained well, you get super-crispy leaves, a tender inside, and no grease.
