If there isn’t an anime or video game character that uses a giant Popsicle that you could cosplay, I’d honesty be surprised.

With that white middle, wouldn’t it have to be a creamsicle? (I seem to recall the Dreamsicle was only orange - or am I imagining that?)

One of my first Halloween parties out here had a guy show up as a Swiss Army Knife. Anything is possible!
