If we’re seeing the same people at the top of the likes list every time, perhaps a more interesting measure would be to see the people whose likes give the highest z-score. That would show who is statistically more likely to like your posts than someone else’s.
Okay, perhaps it would be highly impractical, but it would be interesting.

Yeah there were quite a few bugs in the top likes, most notably, it incorrectly included likes in PMs and other invisible topics. And the user list was a bit wrong in some cases.
I am deploying latest here now, this should fix most of the issues, apologies.
