That sucks. I used to go there all the time before I moved away.

Since when are tenants responsible for property tax though?

I went in there often enough during Th time I lived in NYC but rarely found something I wanted to buy. Anyway one less of my landmarks in downtown now.

Man, that’s too bad. I used to take the subway down there every time I was visiting my brother. I can still picture the guy that recommended Cornelius’s “Fantasma” to me 20 years ago. NYC just got less interesting.
