I really enjoy covers that shift the style of a song to another artist. This was fun, thanks!

Deranged and brilliant. Just like the B-52s.

Oh, I know. I love finding ones that totally change the original - in some cases I actually enjoy the new versions more! For example, I’m a much bigger fan of the Orgy cover of Blue Monday than I am of the original New Order version. And Tom Jones’s cover of Burning Down the House is just amazing!

Oh, and if you’re a fan of AC/DC, check out these two covers of Thunderstruck by 2Cellos and Steve’n’Seagulls.

I misread the title, and was expecting a B52’s style cover of Mr Blue Sky; which I expect would be awesome.

I’ve heard some of these before and yep, you’re right. Especially the Tom Jones. They kill it.

While we’re passing them back and forth, here’s probably my all time fave: https://youtu.be/ChHRkfo2Gss

eta: the Tom Jones track is with The Cardigans and they deserve some love too. That band rules.

I’m a big fan of the Scissor Sisters’ version of Comfortably Numb:

That “bad guy” cover just made me happy for the first time in days.
