$25 would buy an ‘official’ Arduino board, but you could snag a copycat one on AMZN for more like $10, and if you want to go nuts, you could choose something like the Wemos D1 Mini for $4, which is not really an Arduino (it’s an ESP8266 board) but can be programmed with the Arduino IDE, and also has built-in wifi…
