Ah, BayCon. One of the small number of things I really miss after leaving Silicon Valley. I remember BayCon X, singing happy birthday for Forrest Ackerman, being mistaken for Christopher Franke, discovering Filk and meeting folk like Kathy Mar, Seannan McGuire, Leslie Fish, Jordin Kare, David Brin, and so many more fun cons. Sigh.
There’s also Consonance a bit earlier in the year (March 20-22) for filkers to remember.
