Reading through Washington State’s Workers’ Comp law, it’s starting to look like it may actually be a legit claim.

I’ll be talking with my coworker about it.

We do have lifting stuff in our job descriptions, and we do some manual labor. He had been boxing up and shipping out PCs all day. So that’s maybe something.

Although I have another friend who got lye dumped in his eyes on the job due to someone else not properly securing the container’s lid. He ended up fighting with the employer for over a year before the worker’s comp case was settled.
