This is encouraging. Enough people care about Net Neutrality that Washington really can’t pretend that it can just sweep it under the rug. There is a real chance that the lobbyists might lose this one, at least temporarily. While I don’t think the FCC has the balls to classify cable and fiber providers as Common Carriers like they should, we’ll probably get some half measure disallowing especially egregious bad behavior.
