This is fun, but it’s kind of cheating that he is adding his own ingredients. There was a trend amongst food bloggers in the mid to late aughts of deconstructing, reconstructing and replating fast food but the challenge was to only use what was included in the original product. Much much more difficult to arrive at a visually appealing and appetizing dish.
