I would suggest “part-time” lothario. Kirk was more apt to display the title openly.
More a myth than anything else. The standard TOS story was that ingenue of the week was trying to seduce Kirk, but he only really loved the Enterprise. Or someone like Bones had to point out that some woman or girl was smitten with him, that he needed to exploit it, and his reaction was often “ew, but since it’s for the good of my crew…”
