I hope they take non-viable threats seriously too. They still have a significant impact on the target and they are still criminal.

To stop her whining about that stupid bed, all they have to do is take a magnet, and stick it on her new bed frame, then stick it to the cell bars while she watches.
See?
Both the bed frame and the bars are magnetic!
Then try to stick the magnet to the stainless steel mirror, just to prove no trickery was involved.
She probably doesn’t know that not all steel will attract a magnet…
