Just 11 minutes of exercise can reverse the effects of sitting all day

This was how I imagined my life when I was a teenager. I was just going to live and work in a warehouse turned into a 3D obstacle course. My fridge was going to be at the top of a rope ladder, my bed a hammock slung 20 feet over deep foam pads.

Instead I live most of my time in a 2x2 square of space, only moving to pick up my coffee cup. I can only hope that somewhere in the multiverse, one of me is living the dream.
