Is there anybody on Truth Social who isn’t already a fully committed Trump supporter? (*) I applaud the burn, but I don’t think she’s going to be changing many minds over there. (**)
(*) Having written that, I suddenly wondered if I had any Truth Social accounts that I’d forgotten about. I might easily have registered an account with my usual handle, just to keep it out of other hands. But according to my password manager, I did not. It seems that there are some things that even I, digital magpie that I am, won’t touch.
(**) Of course maybe the goal is to signal “Donald Trump is a loser” and hope to discourage some of his base from turning out to vote at all. That might work, but it might also go the other way.

I guess it still doesn’t hurt to poke into their little media bubble now and then to show their guy isn’t the beloved unstoppable force they’ve been led to believe he is. If nothing else this helps rile up Trump himself.

I really don’t think that’s the point of poking him.
Pissing him off increases his chances of fucking up, even more.
Enough pressure can burst a pipe… 
…or at the very least, throw him off his ‘game’ and/or distract him from his machinations.

I don’t think it’s about gaining votes for Harris. It’s partly about putting pressure on Trump himself so he fucks up more (as @Melizmatic and @Brainspore said). Mostly, they posted it to Truth Social as a dominance play and to sap enthusiasm for Trump.
Sapping the enthusiasm to vote from even a few thousand Trump supporters could make a difference in the right areas. A lot of the swing states are places without universal mail-in voting and the burden of voting early or on election day is high. Move a Trump supporter from die-hard to Meh and they might not bother to go out and vote.
