LEGO introduces female scientist minifig! (And Yeti too!)

If you count the Friends line, Lego has done a female scientist minifigure before, albeit one wearing a ton of makeup and clothes hilariously inappropriate for a lab environment. There have also been some female minifigures in the underwater and space line that were presumably scientists, though they may not have been explicitly stated to be so.

That’s no scientist. That’s a librarian cooking up meth. Check the nametag, Lego. See the mad happy grin. The hair. The giveaway dusted purple soft sweater.

So where’s the female Yeti, huh, Lego?

(Unless female Yetis have beards?)

That’s what I assumed…

Yetis are hermaphrodites capable of self-reproduction. How did you think they survived with such a low population?

Looks like I got me a new base figure for a Chassid or a Rabbi!

Nice. Gonna have to hit up bricklink soon and grab up some of series 10 & 11.

You had minifigs? Lucky!

Aren’t minifig bodies genderless? I thought the only distinction was the hair and possibly the printing on the faces? swap heads and hair and instant ladyfig?

Spores. Definitely spores. That’s why you never catch a snowflake on your tongue, if you know what’s good for you.
