When my son first started getting Lego for all occasions, the rate was about 10c (Canadian) but more if there was a minifig. The rate hasn’t changed much (maybe 12c) but what I have noticed is that the size of the pieces is much smaller, so the cost per stud has gone way up. Not that I would try to actually calculate that.
They’re tracking Price per part, but they’re showing everything in US dollars,. With some exchange rates and some maths, we should be able to calculate PPPPPP and if we factor in inflation, PPPPPPRPI.
