All of the Jacques Cousteau TV specials, Sea Hunt, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Gerry Andrson’s Stingray, the diving bell at Pacific Ocean Park, the submarine ride at Disneyland, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Mysterious Island, the Atlantis movies, and so many other pop culture elements of the 1960s and '70s had me believing that certainly by 2017 living at least part time in an undersea condo would be an option for much of humanity.
I’ll give it until 2020.
