I found it surprisingly soothing, brainy white noise. I can seriously see myself loading this up instead of the radio as background sound when I’m working.

I’m not sure about that.
For some reason, this post led me to enter “Werner Herzog eating Chinese food” into Stable Diffusion. I’m pretty pleased with what it generated.
