It really does look like a doll attached to the tail of the kite. Then again, I have no idea what a child caught in a kite’s tail is supposed to look like. Apparently, looks very similar to a doll attached to the tail of a kite.
So was she holding on? Or just caught wrapped in the fabric? both?

In the follow up video below someone runs up and yanks hard on the tail which looks like what rips it off.
YEEGODS! That looks like a real kid to me. So glad she held on. Though if you have had a baby/toddler, their grip can be surprisingly strong. My kid loved to grab my ears.
Am I the only one who saw this and imagined the kid saying “AGAIN!!!” (or is that my inner kid talking?)
