I always say trigonometry is just being able to know a few things about triangles and then use that to find the other things about them

Don’t know about yours, but my kid, upon hearing school was out for the rest of the year, immediately yelled to me: I WANT TO WATCH HOURS AND HOURS OF MATH VIDEOS!!!

And also use them to find analytical solutions to otherwise unsolvable integrals using a technique that will never be seen outside of a Calc 2 class.
