I can’t believe no one has mentioned the Mirror Mirror episode:
Sexy and tough. I mean, my god man, she has a belly button! By TV standards of the day, she was indecent in that episode 
. In fact, the only indication I can think of that she wasn’t sexy is that Kirk didn’t try to hit on her in every episode. To be fair, he did seem to try and limit himself (not always succeeding) to only going after females that were not in his crew. To steal a line, remember, we never did find out how the Horta got pregnant.
