Does he really think a hissy fit looks better on him than acknowledging his altruism isn’t?

Aaaaand this is why you can’t trust “Philanthropic” infrastructure to replace the need for truly public infrastructure…

Oh finally, Mush removed all doubt that he is a complete juvenile piece of shit, thanks buddy.

According to the internets, the cost for a year of service in Ukraine equals about .00046% of his net worth. These things add up!

From a pure business standpoint it would probably makes sense for Musk to foot the bill just for the positive publicity. Heaven knows he could certainly use some right now.

As if we needed even more examples of why you can’t trust the wealthy with anything of any importance. Tax him until he cries uncle and invest in public institutions that benefit all.

I’m in the market for an EV and I won’t buy Tesla on principle alone.
I don’t care if PedoGuy™ makes the bestest car ever.
Not gonna line that guy’s pockets.

I don’t think pedo guy has the gumption to rise to that level

Just for perspective, that’s similar to a fairly wealthy person giving them $5 or $10. His wealth is insane.

At this point does Ukraine even dare use the things? Given Musk buddying up with Putin and his tantrums in response to criticism, can they really be sure he hasn’t done something to compromise Ukrainian users?

Isn’t this the same rich guy asshole that was crying about the poors thinking all rich guy assholes are rich guy assholes?

Prove us wrong, rich guy asshole. Prove us wrong.

According to Zelenskyy, they’ve been very useful and effective. Whether their trust in Musk’s motivations have shifted since, I’m sure they’re suspicious, but it’s hard to be picky when annihilation is at your doorstep.

Like everything Musk is involved in, he gets far too much credit for the good things they accomplish while simultaneously using them as tools to extort governments and bandage his extremely fragile ego. There are absolutely brilliant people at Tesla and SpaceX who are doing amazing things that will positively impact the next century. Unfortunately, they’re yoked with a millstone of a man-baby who can’t help showing his silver spoon every time he opens his mouth.

Edited because he gets too much credit, even from me.

It’s like the person who started washing my windshield at a stoplight without asking, and then demanding payment for it.

Yep. And the effect of insane wealth is always the same. With great power comes great responsibility to be the biggest dick in the universe.

I swear, I would be different if I had insane money. I probably would, really. But that’s why I haven’t a chance of getting it in the first place. Heigh-ho…
