Yeah, dazzle makeup which is based on the old dazzle camouflage technique for disguising a ship’s range, speed and heading. It feels like a more elegant solution but that’s if it works, i don’t think there has been enough research done on it.

How does one safely see their surroundings with this on
The transfer is on to a mesh material. As long as the light level is brighter outside the mesh than inside, you should be able to see just fine.
