I admit that was bothering me too. I mean, as much as one can be bothered by one detail in a giant art project dedicated to a cheesy pun. Which is not that much, thankfully.

It is part of the Red Bull soapbox race series, basically teams of variable levels of competence and bravery hurtling (or not) down a hill in some of the cities round the world that, presumably, consume a fair amount of Red Bull and contain enough fools to risk life and skin.
I particularly remembered this one.
