Err, there’s a bit more to Mapbox than that. (Basically it’s a service/API based around OSM that lets you design your own maps, including importing your own datasets to use alongside theirs.)

It should be noted that the Landsat project already has a similar website called EarthExplorer. It’s not as pretty as Mapbox – government-made websites never are as pretty as third-party sites – but you can order the full-sized scenes from it and play with them at your leisure.

That’s pretty nice. What I have used before is the LandsatLook Viewer where you can check a few filters and scroll back through the archive.
