The interior sleeve of a fleshlight is interchangeable, and has different textures available. They have basic tight-sleeve, they have various types of nubby textures. They’re not really anything like a vagina. They’re an exterior vulva “cap”, and an interior tube that can be pretty much whatever shape you want that can be cast in silicone.
