My mental thumbing of the movie cast index to see who is still alive was derailed by the realization that Mel Brooks is still alive.

In the movie, the Monster does a song and dance, “Putting on tye Ritz”. Actually, it’s more a duet with Dr. Frankenstein.

Mel Brooks seems more interested in live musicals than movies these days. It’s been a long time since a movie. But he’s already done a musical of Young Frankenstein, this is about playing to the cheap seats, doing it on tv.
