I didn’t know until today that MI5 and MI6 were different things. In fact I didn’t know there was an MI5.

She’s competing with Journalistic Source Protection Defense Fund, which is the fund started months ago to collect money for Snowden’s defense, on the off chance that he ever needs a defense.
These groups are a little suspicious to me. They seem to collect and spend money NOW, in case money is needed by people at some point. Can anyone point me to a case where money has actually been spent on a defense?
