There’s already a wiki. It’s not perfect, but pretty comprehensive.
I was coming here to say this. I received this book as a gift right after it first came out and my first words were “it’s got a funky shape, but it’s going to be out of date in two weeks” (because I’m obviously an ungrateful peon and nobody should ever buy me gifts) and I still reference the wiki when I’m looking stuff up rather than having to go get the book from the shelf it’s gathering dust on.
